McGregor Walk-In Connected Care Clinic

Not sure why they don't update their website or specify that they're an appointment only clinic. They didn't answer the phone. Checked their website. No wait time. Came in and the lady says they're appointment only. Not sure why they're posted as a connected care when they're appointment only. Healthcare in Winnipeg is a joke.

Quick care indeed .... I was checked after 1 hour & 15 minutes.

Horrible clinic - came to the walk in" clinic with absolutely no one in the waiting room and were told they were completely booked for the evening. This was more than two hours before they closed.Would give 0 if possible. Don't waste your time"

Healthcare ... more like Health Don't Care! terrible location and terrible staff avoid this place if you can. I called health links for a somewhat minor issue and was advised to go to an access clinic. I get there and the receptionist with a broken wrist first tells me health links is often wrong go to urgent care - without even asking questions. I disputed this because the situation clearly fell into access care. She was visibly annoyed but went to talk to the nurse comes back says nurse said they will only write prescription and not look at anything. They told me that they wouldn't see me for another 3 hours ... I ended up driving to the access center at booth where the staff was much nicer, seemed like the cared, and actually took care of my needs. I wish my tax dollars didn't go to lazy people like the staff here

Do not waste your time here you are better off at any other clinic in the city.. you will just be told to come back if it gets worse or nurses will just think you are a user when you clearly told them you are not a user. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible front desk service. I had two incidents on separate occasions. The first lady was throwing the containers at me and rolling her eyes, totally unsatisfied with her job clearly then told me it was okay to leave after I did what I had too. Then I come back 2 weeks later asking why I haven’t got my results via phone. Find out she didn’t type my number properly yet it should have already been saved in the computers not only that but made a second file in my name so that really confused things alomng with not letting me know I had to stay and wait to talk to a nurse. so therefore my results got thrown out. Then today the lady who was fixing the problem, I had asked her for the managers number to file a complaint but boy did her attitude change instantly. The ignorance and service is unbelievable!! I will not be going back!

The male Nurse Practitioner saw me and my girlfriend today. He is very compassionate and friendly. I wish all NP are like him. 10/10 will recommend.

I have came to this location on mulitple times. Every single time they always say there is nothing wrong and send me away with no meds or really no concern. So weekend passes and I go see my normal Dr and they always see me for the same problem and give me meds and actually tell me the problem. I only kept coming back to see if they are actually doing their job properly. But this is the last straw. I came for a medical problem and it got worse and they clearly said they seen nothing wrong and I stated there is. She basically said if anything changes in 3 days go see your Dr. DO NOT WASTE OIUR TIME HERE!!

I had a very good experience at this location. Bonn, the male Nurse Practitioner really helped me out. he was very professional and you can see that he cares a lot about his patient.
