Sadly this Tim’s isn’t supportive of their customers I was having trouble with the app and the lady with coloured tattoos kept ignoring me and blowing me off at the front when I was waiting patiently for her to help me out but she kept ignoring me.

I would like to thank the staff, tonight they made a dozen every child matters" donuts for me when there were none at the tim hortons near me and refused to make any. I was told on the phone they had 4 and when I brought up my concern the donuts may not be there when I arrived

I was at this location on Saturday Morning around 9:45 am.There was a young man working named Ben. He was so rude to his fellow female coworkers, especially those of another ethnicity.Not a good representation of Tim Hortons standardsSo disappointing to see.

If you don't like selection and enjoy paying for things you don't receive this is your restaurant. Worst timmies I have been to in 5 different province's. Go anywhere else if you can .

There should be an option for a zero rating, the staff will never help you out, i went there so many time, i had to wait for too long for just a coffee, and they never gonna say ‘hi’ or nothing else, they are always chatting around with each other, and will laugh on you and never gonna take the order, and at the end you have to order yourself on the kiosks. If they are 10 people working at the front. At least one of them can take customer’s order and their managers also don’t care about anything

Absolutely stupid service. I used to work here and by now I would have thought the boss would've trained people better. I guess not. I ordered a turkey club with cheese, they gave it super burnt and with little to no bacon. We went back and told them what was wrong and to remake it kindly and they made a blt and no cheese or anything. She saw the burnt sandwich and knew that she sent it out. This place is horrible service wise.

Okay this is the best tims in GP I find at least.And I can't believe I'm saying this about a timhortons at all, but slow down a bit :PThey are so fast that sometimes I have gotten wrong foods, like this morning. I probably should check my food but still it's a little frustrating when you get to your destination.Still, always happy and the best to go to, but slow a tiny tiny bit :)

I dont normally review timmies...but the town center location sucks. Everytime I go there my coffee is mediocre at best. Today, the lid said 3sug. I asked for a regular. When I gave it back and said no thank you it's supposed to be a one ans one.. I watched her rub the 3sug" off the lid and try giving it back to me. I rejected it
