Absolutely horrible customer service and borderline scam when it comes to honoring her contract. She also mentions expiry dates on prepaid services which is illegal in Quebec.

Horrible service, will make up any excuses in order to put the blame on the customer. They double booked my appointment and didn’t have the decency to tell me until I arrived.

I have been a client of Catarina for a while, even prior to her clinic opening.She is professional, knowledgeable in her field and so kind. I LOVE getting my regular lymphatic drainage massages that or both good for my body & relaxing. The clinic is super clean, quiet and well set up.Can’t wait to go back and try other services as well.
