When I purchased my home in West Edmonton, I was faced with the ugliest orange/red oak floors that made my paint look yellow when the sun came in. I started reaching out to find out how much refinishing them would be and Craftsman Floors stood out amongst the competition. Rick was quick to give me a call and stopped by to give me an accurate quote that week. I was able to get booked in quickly and the gentleman refinishing the floors was quick, clean, professional, and informative. From start to finish, the process was seamless and pleasant. I am so beyond thrilled with how the floors turned out, a nice dark brown!

We recently had a terrible customer service experience with Craftsman Floors in Edmonton.We called and spoke to their manager about adding some matching hardwood floors to our 1950's bungalow. Right away he told us he had some red oak in stock that would be a perfect match — as all homes in Edmonton of that era would have red oak. We trusted his advice and purchased the wood. After laying all of our new flooring in the house, it was only when we went to sand the floors that it became apparent that there was clearly no match to the original floor.We contacted Craftsman about our issue hoping for advice. They never responded to our emails, never offered to come and view the flooring. Nothing. All they did was rudely insist that they would have never said the red oak would match.We were devastated and left with an entire floor that needed to be ripped out.

Craftsman floor refinished my 1960's floors, and they look beautiful, definitely brought them back to life. Several areas were worn out, and had water damage, and now you can't even tell where. They always got back to phone calls and emails almost (if not) immediately, AND they were almost a full dollar less per square foot than some other companies I called. Couldn't be happier with my choice of going with craftsman floors.
