Runners Soul is worth 5 stars in every way. We are really lucky to have a locally owned running store to address all our running needs here in Southern Alberta, and I mean ALL our running needs. Whether it's simply getting a new shoe, a new pack, some nutrition, stretching aids, clothing or layers to cover up, or even short or long races, and a running community - Runners Soul provides all of those things. Their in-store customer service can't be beat as it's easy to be on a first-name basis with all of them. Their expertise and experience in running let's you know that they're not just reading labels and making it up like the sales reps are in the big box stores. They add immense value to our community by being an integral glue to connect local runners.

Awesome experience! I was able to come in, say what I needed for shoes, and get a pair that met my needs. The associate watched my stride, asked me questions, and listened to my concerns. I ended walking out with a great pair of shoes!

Came here to get comfortable shoes and the staff have great knowledge about the products they're selling. They make sure you get the right type of shoe based on how you walk and what issues you have with your feet. They genuinely care about their customers and I would recommend coming here instead of places like sport check.

I have always heard of Runner's Soul as the place to buy shoes but hadn't experienced them until today. Now I see why.Brandon welcomed me immediately as I walked into the store. Rather than having me choose a style myself, he had me walk in my socks to determine the best shoe type to try on based on my gait.He also asked what I needed and then proceeded to bring out and patiently help me try on several different shoes.Brandon was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and seemed genuinely interested in finding the best runner for me. At no point was I worried about price, as I knew I would be leaving with a pair of shoes that would make me feel great while wearing them. The quality products and person-first service made it all worthwhile.Thank you, Brandon and Shawn, for your help today. I am glad I stopped by and will be back. Everyone should check them out!

Best place in town for running shoes, especially if you have wider feet like me (4E) always great service. Had to order my shoes last time, they came fast and received them within a week! Always tell people to stop here for runners.

Very knowledgeable staff were able to help us find shoes both for work and school. They found it's good based on the specific shape of our feet, not just the length.

Just purchased my first pair of Hoka's and they are a literal dream. The staff at Runner's Soul were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I tried on several different shoes before deciding on the Hoka's and was provided with a ton of information to help me with my decision. Can't recommend them enough!!
