I took the jump and got my eyebrows permanently done with Sara about a year ago. The process was very straightforward and she made the entire experience smooth! I just recently had my yearly touch up with her. As soon as she seen me, she remembered all the little details of the last time I saw her! She makes you feel like you have been friends for years! The entire salon is stunning, clean and filled with friendly staff. If you have been curious about permanent makeup or even just looking to get your lashes done etc. I highly recommend EuroLash. Sara is the absolute best! I’ve been getting my eyelashes done by her for years now and there has never been one time that I’ve left and I was unhappy. I’ve been doing lash extensions for years and I guarantee you that Eurolash is THE best all over Kingston. It’s a sophisticated and relaxing place. All the artists there are good especially Sara! She is the top of top. She would never let you down.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience at this establishment. My technician, Taylor, did my eyelash extensions. It was absolutely freezing, and I saw others being offered plush pink blankets but I was not offered one. In fact, she said virtually nothing to me the entire two hours I was there.Her placement of the under pads irritated my eyes and they were watering during the procedure.During the session, Taylor sneezed, used hand sanitizer and then continued touching my eyes.After it was finished my eyes were watering, bloodshot and painful!!I contacted a physician over the long weekend for medical care and was given some eye drops for relief.Sara contacted me and offered to remove the lashes, which cost close to $200! There was no compassion, empathy or even an apology for my experience at this salon.Would not recommend.
