Hazel's Ice Cream

We are visitors and felt like having a good ice cream while going around the city. Found good reviews on google so thought to give it a try and it was a good decision. We selected strawberry shortcake, coffee toffee and raspberry dark chocolate. My son and I loved the raspberry dark chocolate. They are little bit overpriced though.

So tasty! Every bar I've had has been delicious, but the Matcha is my favorite. The staff are always so friendly and kind. Definitely the best icecream bars in Victoria.

I had the pleasure to meet Sam and his furry companion Georgie during a gathering at Centurion Property Associates. The ice cream is MAGNIFICENT. All flavours turn out to be your favourite until you try their next one. But it would not be the same without Sam. He has a great personality, when you talk with him, its like that friend you've had since childhood. Hazel's Ice Cream, Sam, and Georgie are a great combination on any day.

Just go!!! I recently tried a Hazel's Ice Cream bar for the first time and it was SO good! I loved the Raspberry Dark Chocolate and was transported back to being a kid again. I got to check out their new storefront and it is so cute! Would highly recommend if you are looking for; artisanal small-batch ice cream, to support a local family-owned business and nostalgic flavours!

I have tried Hazel's ice cream several times during our summer hot spells! Very refreshing and nice flavors. Matcha is my favorite, followed by raspberry chocolate mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Yummy vanilla ice cream bars with gourmet dips and sprinkles. Confession- had two! Coffee toffee crunch, coffee flavoured chocolate dip rolled in toffee bits. And for dessert, haha, bubble gum flavoured pink dip with festive sprinkles. They have non-dairy options too. Flavours change so come back often. I think the two I had will be on the board daily unless they sell out.

I like this place:) I went there with my mother in law and she has an anaphylactic gluten allergy. Most products are gluten friendly, packed individualy and easy to take out. The taste was not too much sugarly. My mother in law likes the icecream too!

Highly recommend Hazel's ice cream as a sweet treat for your wedding or event! We decided to go with Hazel's to provide ice cream during our wedding in August 2022, based on a recommendation from our wedding planner. It was a great idea as the weather was hot and our guests were starting to get hungry after our ceremony. The flavours were so yummy and great variety (from matcha to bubble gum). I also appreciated that there were options to choose from for dietary restrictions. It was a pleasure to have Sam at our wedding and our guests enjoyed the ice cream...they event went back for seconds! Thanks Sam and the Hazel's team for being part of a fun experience for our guests and on our wedding day.

I hired Hazel's for an ice cream social event at my office and it was an awesome experience! Sam was responsive throughout the whole process (initial inquiry, booking, follow up questions and invoice), fantastic with all the staff and showed up on time with the adorable ice cream cart. Staff were really impressed by this awesome local business and the quality/options of delicious ice cream. 100% worth the price and recommend doing this for your office and/or next event.

In town for a few days on vacation and came across this place. Super yummy and very friendly staff. The kids loved it!
