I get nothing but top-notch customer service at this place! They always keep me in the loop, & my car(s) are handled by experts. Thanks to the crew, (esp Darcy) - who took almost an hour from his day to fine-tune my headlights. Terrific service (& nice not to always have a bill to pay in the end!)

I really appreciate the staff here as they are all very friendly and personable. They are very busy so once I had the appointment to get an estimate it took 2 months to get an appointment for the repair. Since my car only had some scratches and small dents I wasn't upset. It was nice (after months of dealing with insurance companies) after the estimate Russ said that everything would be taken care of and all I had to do was show up on the repair date and Carstar would do the rest...and they did! Thanks so much for the excellent service.

They quoted me 2 weeks of work for some body damage I had. After 2 weeks of work, not hearing from them, I called. They told me they needed to order another part but they already received it and it’ll be another week. Not hearing from them AGAIN after a week I called them. They said it’ll be another week. I asked them to keep me informed. They did call me after that week but told me they needed another week! I was very frustrated. Got my car back after 5 weeks... and it wasn’t fixed! There was a loud flapping sound when I dove above 80km/h or so. I took my car back, there was a part missing so they told me they’ll ordered it and should have it early next week. After 3 weeks... AGAIN not hearing from them, I called. They told me it’ll be another 7-10 days. They finally did fix it the next week. They were always polite but I’ll definitely never go back or recommend them.

My experience was not pleasant with the company. All I wanted was a estimate of the light paint damage on corner of my bumper. (fixable by touch up paint I could do). I made it clear several times not to repair, that I needed car available cause I was a living donor and needed to get to Edmonton. They kept my car for 3wks, charged me 1,500 for a job I never asked for. Delaying my medical tests. On return of my car, we noticed the key for my tires was damaged. I really felt getting money mattered more than fair customer service. I was told not to go there, should have listened!!

Used this to repair a van after a big accident years ago. Was recommended by insurance. Never again! Rattles and shakes inside, seat heater not working right after, BluRay player not working. Loose weatherstripping around the doors. Sliding door now gouges in the plastic trim (unibody twisted?). Haven't had the time or the logistics to have any of it dealt with when it was fresh. Now they'll probably deny any of their lifetime warranty" cause it's been too long. Don't even want to try. Still no time or logistics."

This autobody repair company has it all - professional appraiser and skilled crafts persons. I've dealt with them in the past regarding vintage car repair issues as well when they graciously offered various solutions and price points. Their location is easy to find. With regards to appointments and flexibility, they tend to be quite rigid. Sadly too, they were booking five months ahead for the current requested repairs.

It’s the best body shop company in the lethbridge, I just went to them to repair for my car front bumper and they just do the best service to me…. Thank you car star….
