Really poor customer serviceDon’t care about their long time customersLately becoming worse and worse

I needed a custom seal made for a DIY project I'm working on and I initially had no idea what I was looking for. I simply sent an email to the company and within 48 hours, had a response from a sales representative Donavin who has been so helpful, insightful and knowledgeable about the inventory and even made recommendations. He made the process very smooth, simply and enjoyable. Cudos to Donavin for the amazing customer service!

Tried to order paper gasket material for gearbox by phone. Spoke with Richard one of 3 sales people in that day. He insisted on emailing me the spec sheets first to make sure it was what I was looking for. (fair enough). I read the email and yes it was what I wanted. I was in the area and needed the gaskets for the following day. I sent another email to confirm sizing and then headed over to pick up the gasket. No email back, (fair again) so I called. 4 pm and was told he was on lunch. Asked for another sales rep. was hung up on. (fair enough). Pulled into the parking lot and discovered no one is allowed in due to Covid all sales by phone only. (Fair enough). Called again and asked for sales, waited and was hung up on again.... So, while in their parking lot, I ordered it from Amazon for $14.00 and had it in hand the following morning. I will not be back. Cheers.

Set out to get some Ushape Orings after running around the GTA. Not much help anywhere. Covid19 has taken away a lot of people’s motivation to help customers. Went into Seal and although they restricted counter service the boys saw my frustration and helped get me what I needed to finish my repair project over Canada day. These guys have it all. Staff is very helpful even when you have no idea what you really need.

Well, I was in their back warehouse and called them to see if they could help me source 4 o-rings for my discontinued hose reel. They closed their service counter up front 2 years ago is seems. Now they have a $50 order minimum. I have to leave the existing o-rings and a rep will call me back. She told me if I placed an order today for same day pick up it would be 40 bucks extra on top of the 50 buck minimum. This used to be a great place to get a variety of o-rings for a do- it- yourselfer but no more. Just a heads up that their customer service now stinks. It's the company policy" is what I was told. You'd think they'd be more motivated to help since Covid probably impacted their sales."

Please place sign where Able O ring is atleast in the front or on the door,, bill says something and ur sign says something else,, we get confused to find u guys, ABLE O RING"..."

The only problem is only one guy is working there at the front. Long wait not good.

Really slow customer service. They tell you you order is all packed up and ready, then they make you wait 20min once you arrive for pickup. High prices too. There are other oring companies in GTA with lower prices. After years of dealing with this company they take more than a week to turn around a quote for a handful of orings.

Used to be a good.straight forward place to deal with.Had a counter and a couple of people to help you figure out sizing.Usually 20 minutes or so and you were done.Now an American company has moved in ,they've shut the front counter down,ordering is by phone,2 hour wait for pickup and card payment only.Oh,did I mention minimum 50 order?Well those sure are a lot of terms on their end before they let me give them my money.Good luck in the coming hard times.
