I have been going to vacuums shop for years now! I only buy my vacuums from there. The owner faizal has always been helpful & knowledgeable when it comes to his products.Anytime I have vacuum Issues hes the guy to go to. I definitely recommend this place to each & everyone reading this now thinking if they should go or not . Wait no more! GO! This place is definitely for you!The customer service is @ its best! I've bought 2 Nilfisk's from here for 2 different homes in Calgary over 14years.. went in today to buy a new hose after 7 years and I am so happy I did - great service - anyone who doesn't think central vac is worth it has never had it! ... a must like A/C once you have quality!

Great service and knowledge. Purchased a commercial vacuum and then quickly opted to upgrade our central vacuum system. Walked in on a Tuesday and had everything done by the end of the day Wednesday. Highly recommend coming to this location for your vacuum needs!

I travel all the way from NW Calgary to service my vacuum at this store based on the customer service and quality of work. The owner and staff treat you like family and offer amazing service. I would highly recommend. I will not go anywhere else in the Calgary/ Okotoks region for vacuum services.

Took Dyson vacuum in for repair. $145 later after they replaced the trigger it would not turn off. Contacted Dyson to learn warranty still good and they are sending replacement motor for free. Okotoks Vacuum agreed to refund $41 for part but still had to eat over $100 for‘service’?

I was having issues with my vacuum at home in the Calgary region (upon a friends referral), I contacted Okotoks Superior & the staff was professional and competent right from the get go. Not only did they come down to my place to assess it and take it back to the shop, but their point of difference is their high quality service as well as their quick turn around. They contacted me the following day with everything finished and fixed. Highly recommend this place! Superb customer service and amazing quality work you can count on!
