Been ordering here for a while with no issues. Now, every time I order a small pizza, it arrives like this. Pieces are 1 in, to maybe 2in at most.Ridiculous. Pizza is inedible. Unable to pick up as it isnt even cut through most of the time, resulting in you fighting to rip off tiny, 1in squares to try and eat. Awful, awful, choice of cut. Who in their right mind thinks its OK to do this to a SMALL sized pizza?

Sent me the wrong order, got put on hold when i called and they forgot to mute it, seemed to be having a good conversation for about 5 minutes before they came back to help me and told me the driver has to come back and check my order, then go back and get it again. One of the most idiotic ways of doing business

Yaya was very polite and professional to deal with. He offered me all the deals available. Really affordable and the food was delivered fresh and delicious. A+ Service I recommend this location.

I have been ordering from here for YEARS, ever since this location opened up on Saint-Joseph and I have never had a problem. Fast service and the food is delicious, but the delivery guy completely ruined the experience and I don't think I'll be ordering from here again if I keep getting the same guy.He called us to get our pizza outside because he didn't want to deliver it to our door (that's his job? That he's getting paid to do?) And then DEMANDS and harasses us to leave a tip. We ALWAYS tip, but with an attitude and unprofessional display like that no. Just no. He actually printed the receipt, showed it to my husband and demanded to know why we didn't leave a tip and we must have pressed the wrong button"."

A small pizza with 12 slices of pepperoni, a number 2 mushroom cut into slices, 6 very thin strips of green pepper, almost dry without sauce cost me 24 dollars. any other pizzeria has a better product.

I live in a secure apartment building and wrote in delivery instructions to leave at the main entry door. I was waiting outside and left my phone in my unit. Delivery guy came, called me a billion times. Gained access to the secure building, went to my floor, sat at my door and then left…with my food.I called to ask why he left with it and was told because I didn’t answer my phone.I order through Uber all the time and have not once had this issue.I asked to cancel and was told that I’d have to wait for a manager to call me back.Absolutely ridiculous. I have ordered from the Dominos in Ottawa and never had issues with delivery with them. Won’t be ordering from here again and don’t recommend.

Bad experience.A pizza was missing when the delivery person arrived. They sent the wrong dips with the order.I called to explain that a pizza was missing in our order. We gave them the order number and all other necessary information. The staff on the phone was extremely confused and seemed to be mixing up orders and ended up passing the phone to someone else.The second person said the delivery person didn't bring it by mistake and that the pizza would be there in 15-20minutes. It ended up taking 35-40minutes.In our order, we also had gluten free pizza. They were hard and burnt.Looking at the other reviews, I guess it should've been obvious that it wasn't going to be the best.
