My Brother brought me to this store to help me find shoes that will fit my feet the seller lady there was so very helpful with me she understands what can shoes that will fit me and I just love my new shoes every cast members for the musical for the mamma Mia that I do backstage at home just love my new backstage shoes. I told my mom and the cast were I got my shoes from and the next time I am in Vancouver I will be sure to come back again for new shoes. Thanks for all the help.

This was my first time at LadySport after being strongly referred by my sports med physician and orthotics clinic -- and now I see why!My experience at LadySport was, hands down, the most thorough, compassionate, patient, and knowledgable shoe fit I've ever had. I have tricky-to-fit feet and was prepared to settle" for a shoe that would have "gotten the job done"

The staff here are amazingly helpful and friendly. they are shoe fitting experts and my physiotherapist sent me there years ago to get properly fitting shoes. Oh, the difference it can make, I have foot and back problems and shoes can make or break my day. It’s amazing to be able to walk without pain.

Great store! We received excellent service from Lilly today. She was very helpful, patient and kind with my shoe fittings and she is very knowledgeable about the different brands of shoes. It was a nice surprise to find the shoes I needed on sale. Will be back. Thank you.

One of my favourite place to buy running shoes.I am a petite person with a wider feet and I finally found a store that actually have running shoes that caters to my feet structure. If you have wider feet or most shoes that you try on feels too snug or not quite right. I recommend going to Lady Sport to get the width of your foot measured. Until 1.5 years ago, I've been buying and wearing the wrong type of shoes for my feet which contributed to a lot of foot pain and aches. Now I can clock in the miles without foot pain at the end of the day/weeks/months. So happy!

It would be hard to beat the customer service at this place!! They are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They were even great when I had to return a pair of shoes due to a manufacturer’s defect!

Nice store with a large selection of shoes and clothing - well organized as well! Helpful staff who know how to help find the right shoe within their selection. My only downside of the very friendly service was that my foot was not measured first, or felt by the girl who helped me while my foot was in the shoe to confirm it’s the proper size! I would think I know my shoe size but after going to Kintec, I realized the shoe I bought was a half a size too small for me! The return was a breeze with once again very friendly service.

I've been here a couple times to buy running shoes and it's the best - everyone is so dedicated to making sure you find the best fit for your feet. I've been able to try on countless shoes and they're very quick to suggest options I've never heard of. What's more amazing is that over my multiple visits, I've been helped by numerous employees but my experience has been the same (amazing) each time. Their products are all very high quality as well.
