Not sure what to think about this place went in with my wife and she asked for her nails to be done we were told the person that does that was on vacation you would think a salon and spa would have a backup estitsion to do the work especially on a Saturday.

$175+ to make my hair a mess of stripes. I asked for it all one colour.This isn’t just a misunderstanding about foils vs not. If the foils had been done evenly it would be fine, but as-is there is nowhere I can part my hair that it looks ok.It’s patchy and uneven, with bright spots starting up to 1cm away from my scalp. (Photo taken the same day as the appointment). They offered to do a correction, but to look like this for six days before the next appointment slot, then spend 3 more hours in the chair... they insisted that this looked ok today, how can I trust it will be better next time?She did a good job on the toner on my existing colour.
