Checkmate Hill Apartments

One and two bedroom apt with swimming pool,gym, sauna and underground parking.

I used to like this building quite a lot that I almost purchased a place two years ago. The owner had accepted my offer. I was very excited, but i had my cat and I was told by the building manager harry that pets were not allowed. I even spoke to him on the phone, and I pleaded for him to allow me my cat, because other people in the building have pets, and I know this for sure, but Harry said he could not do it. And then I find out recently that someone just moved in and they were allowed to bring their cat. I’m fine with rules but if you’re going to have rules have them for everybody.
