We recently had Bath Fitter convert our bathtub/shower to a shower stall only with sliding glass doors. They did a superb job with the materials, removal and installation. Our installer, Author, did an amazing jobs and was able to solve a couple of installation issues that came up. Thanks for a great experience and wonderful product!

Converted a bath tub into a walk-in shower, in under 2 days, the mess was minimal, it was fast, clean, and we got exactly what we wanted. Grant who came to do the installation was punctual, pleasant, and respectful of our concerns, ensuring the floors were covered and walls weren't damaged. He was very informative, explaining fully how to keep the installation looking new for a long time. We have already recommended bath-fitters to our neighbor, and it's only been a day.

My parents had their washroom done Dec 6 & 7 of this year from Bath Fitter North York. I have nothing but good things to say about the sales person and Arthur the installer. The job was done professionally and quickly. My parents were extremely happy with the work done and there was no mess, they even took the old stuff away. I've used Bath Fitter North York twice at my place and I was glad I convinced my parents to do the same. They are very happy customers as well.

I had the tiles replaced in my tub enclosure with a solid sheet. The installer Arthur was amazing. He was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was extremely clean and kept sweeping up the dirt created by the installation. He cleaned up so welll, there was no dirt remaining for me to clean. Can't wait to use it when it dries!

My family has been enjoying, everyday, the very beautiful new shower stand installed by Bath Fitter North York 3 years & 3 months ago. Due to, my understanding, an one in a million defective part started acting more than 3 years after installation, our shower stand leaked into the condo unit below us. After more than 3 years, I was kind of skeptical if they would even respond to us. Surprisingly, the whole team (the owner, Craig, Office Manager, Karen, Head of the House, Holly, and Experienced Installer, Grant) was so responsive, responsible, coordinated, and caring (not only us as customer but also the affected condo unit below) in addressing and fixing the issue in a very timely manner amid the pandemic. In short we are 200% satisfied – 100% being the very high quality factory-molded shower stand assembly with virtually seamless construction plus high quality installation by Graome at a price that was better than the traditional drywall with glued tiles and grout (subject to cracking – the reason that we replaced our old one) and another 100% satisfaction being the more importantly the after sales services and warranty as mentioned earlier. I definitely will be Bath Fitter North York’s repeated customer. Highly recommend to anyone to Bath Fitter North York, Ontario, Canada! Big thanks to the whole team!

He was efficient and professional. The tub-to-shower conversion was completed in a day and the finished product was excellent.When repairs to one of doors was needed, the second installer was again courteous and professional. The work was completed in a morning and the shower again looks and functions as new.We continue to enjoy our tub-to-shower conversion and would not hesitate to recommend Bath Fitter.

This review is overdue. We used Bathfitter to change our bathtub to walk-in shower because of medical reasons. They accommodated our tight schedule and sent someone to give us the estimate and schedule an early installation. I have to say that it all happened within 48 hours and it went like a breeze. No mess. The installer did an amazing job and he cleaned after completing the job, and the house looked as if nothing has happened. We are happy users of the walk-in shower, especially after the surgery and being able to put a bath stool to sit on and not being afraid to slip or get in and out of the tub.Thanks to everyone at Bathfitter North York and to Holly who was very responsive to everything we needed. I have to mention that it is really great to clean the shower now and not to worry about mildew between the tiles.

Everything was done in a very professional manner from the time we entered the showroom. Holly explained the products and set up an appointment. Graham came and measured and explained the products again and made some helpful suggestions, Karen went out of her way to arrange our installation date. Grant did an excellent job on the installation and was very neat and tidy. He took the time to explain how things worked and the proper cleaning instructions. Good job everyone.
