Nova Physiotherapy Ltd

After rupturing my ACL, tearing my meniscus, damaging my MCL and having bone contusion in my right knee from a tennis injury, I had surgery on May 11, 2021. Two sessions into my rehabilitation at Nova Physiotherapy, under the guidance of Rob (Robert) Kelland, I can safely say that I know -- because of Rob's knowledge, guidance and attitude -- that I'm on a path to being in better shape post-operation than I was prior to being injured. This is all thanks to my surgeon and Rob. Going to physio is something I look forward to. Rob has me do the majority of the work, which is the most sustainable way to know that someone has the skillset to succeed on their own, but he explains each and every step and is the best role model I could ask for throughout the strengthening processes. Sincerely thankful for Rob, and being pointed to the best location by an awesome local tennis instructor, David Summers.

Adam is by far the best physiotherapist I've every worked with. He takes the time to find the root of the issue and address it.

I have seen Corey on and off for several years for different issues. He is always able to diagnose the issue instantly and devise a plan of treatment that works. I highly recommend him.
