Ross Crêpe and Cafe

A fantastic place for crepes and gelato! We had the savoury chicken, cheese mushroom along with ice cream for the kids. Flavourful and the service is genuine. A great stop for treats here at the quay!

This place is absolutely disgusting. From customer service to food quality. I’ve worked in the Lonsdale Quay for 3 years and finally decided to give this place a chance. I ordered a chicken teriyaki wrap that for some reason was microwaved while still covered in Saran wrap. The women who was preparing it looked unsure of how to then place it on the panini press and properly grill it. The wrap was handed to me and had the appearance of a piece of wet bread that was torn with rice in it. The sign out front claims all their sandwiches, wraps, baked goods and pastries are made fresh daily. I assure you this is the furtherest from the truth. This place does not care whatsoever about the food they produce or the people that come through their door. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place, I wouldn’t feed their food to my dog.

Overpriced , slow and inaccurate service and low quality. Charged me 10$ for this. It’s a ripoff avoid this place.

Tried mango and pistachio ice cream on a cone. Mango ice cream was ok but pistachio ice cream was hit off, it tasted like bitter almond instead of pistachio.

Iced latte was just okay. Vegetable samosa was too oily for me.

Thought I would give them another try. Pistachio gelato tasted ok but they don't keep it cold enough. Last time I guess.

Tried the chocolate coconut icecream and absolutely loved it. Quite liked the hazelnut too.

Found this place fresh off the Seabus on a cold and rainy day. We were looking for good coffee and hot chocolate and both were absolutely delicious. We also ordered an amazing banana & caramel crepe and it was AMAZING!! Fresh bananas! I was surprised to read the poor reviews After we ate here but they mostly stemmed around the ice cream and Gelato which we DID NOT try. I would highly recommend this place for their hot beverages and crepes 100%!!

Excellent pistachio ice cream single scoop in a waffle cone $6.09. Many gelato shops do not make pistachio saying it is too expensive. I expect the demand for pistachio ice cream in North Vancouver must be higher than other parts of the region
