Simoniz Toucheless Wash

Oct. 2022 - The rear of my car was relatively untouched = left as dirty as before. In my opinion the machine is not functioning as intended. I do not believe a car wash would be designed by Engineers to skip the rear of a car. Too bad because and otherwise everything seems good. UPDATE: As guessed earlier, seemed to be a issue with machine since been resolved. I was there again end of March 2023, it did a fantastic job.

All I can say its touchless - so won't touch the car to clean it.

Car wash isn't good. Car was still covered in salt and dirt from the back and bottom.

Has wheel ramps. It ripped off my side skirt.Pure garbage.

Worst car wash ever, the car is still dirty even after choosing the ultimate wash. Simoniz at heartland location is way better.

The wash arm hit my car and damaged my bumperEdit: Following up with Canadian Tire insurance was a lengthy process, ultimately, they told me I am out of luck and did not own up to the damage.The issue was with their ancient light bulb instruction board in the car wash, it's not quite right. It lights up with instructions but it is inaccurate. That board led to me guessing the position my car should be in and my car getting hit by the wash arm.I argued that their machine should have sensors to avoid impact to a stationary car, they weren't having any of it.Oh well, the damage is barely perceptible - but it did leave me with a sour experience.Thanks for reading.
