Fantastic experience! We used to come here when it was back house and we were excited to come back since the borders open. Such a fantastic experience from start to finish. It was also great to have Leland as our server who gave us so many great recommendations and really took the time to show us the snack bar and wine shop next door. Will be back!!

The food was lovely. We had the Arancini and Calamari as our appetizers, plus an order of the focaccia, the Pizza with Burrata and Mortadella and Cannoli as our dessert. Our server was very good and she found a way of making up a special version of the Aperol cocktail for me, which I really appreciated. A quick word of advise: please don't call you lovely sourdough bread focaccia" because focaccia it surely isn't! If you take a trip to Liguria where focaccia is from

What a great experience! We went on a rainy Wednesday in May to celebrate my GF's bday. Our server was amazing. She helped explain items and even helped celebrate her bday. The food was fantastic.

Ruffino's was a spectacular spot we stopped by during a day trip to Niagara on the lake. The food was delicious. We all got pastas that was $27 and tasted amazing and 1 pizza that was split between 4 of us. Our server was kind and polite and the vibes were vibing during the whole experience. I definitely see myself coming back here if I'm ever in the area again.

We spent a lot of time reading reviews about Ruffino and was SO excited to be Wow’d. I genuinely think our experience was not the typical experience most guests have when visiting. The restaurant is in a super cute location, love the uniqueness of the patio and very casual yet beautiful atmosphere. On the website they mention being able to accommodate various dietary requirements which was one of the many reasons we chose to dine there. Unfortunately the server who initially took our table was super green, deer in the headlights when asked anything about modifications, suggestions or anything specifically pertaining to what the ingredients were in the various dishes. Water took 20 minutes, cocktails took 40, no recommendations for mocktails (2 of 4 guests were pregnant and the response was “we can make anything a mocktail” Eventually we were assigned a new server after speaking with the manager, understandably the restaurant was understaffed and the staff they did have were new hires and not fully trained. After an hour we had a new server assigned to our table, she was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and patient, was able to provide recommendations and knew the menu and pairings like the back of her hand. The cocktails we did get were great. Focaccia bread was great, olives were delicious, calamari was not edible. We sent one pasta dish back as the noodles were so over cooked they were disintegrating and the vegan pizza was inedible. Although we sent these meals back and were there for over 2 hours Colleen (our second server) was so lovely and really made our evening. We were patient and tried to be understanding , genuinely think this was a one off situation. We won’t be back but if we do return it will be no question about who we would want as a server, Colleen!! If you are vegan, gluten free or have any other dietary restrictions I would recommend calling ahead of time and speaking with someone instead of relying on the staff when you get there. I found it really uncomfortable to be the only one in our group with dietary restrictions and having a server who was completely unable to answer basic questions or find someone on the team who could answer them for me.

Great and everything was made fresh! Service was great and the atmosphere was quite nice! Enjoyed a nice lunch after a couple of wine tastings that were close by.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed. We ordered appetizers, the barata with balsamic strawberries and a fire grilled toast, the toast was blackened and over powered the lovely banana & the balsamic was too subtle on the strawberries. We also ordered the calamari which was fried but not crispy. Our main, the veil chop was extremely rare it came with a creamy" polenta which was not at all creamy. Cocktails were on point and service was great just wish their food was more consistent."

Shout out to Alex who took the time to provide us with some great places to visit while we were visiting the area. She even wrote them all down for us before we left. Amazing service aside, food was spectacular, portions generous and it was a warm inviting environment.

Always skeptical about ordering pasta at restaurants and usually pass but they have squid ink pasta and I had to try it. Not disappointed! The clam pasta was good too. My unpopular opinion on the pizza is that is OK, not too much different from other pizzas aside from being fresh - but I am from New York where I am spoiled with good pizzas. Everyone had a great time.

Stumbled upon this gem while exploring Niagara on the lake. Such elegant decor, the tomato sauce on the pizza is super fresh, and the espresso martini was 10/10. The servers were so lovely and accommodating. Definitely look forward to coming back when I’m in the area again.
