Not a bad place in a pinch. Was probably wonderful in its prime. Sites are very very small and leveling is an issue. Pool and minigolf closed. Store is more storage for junk. Many permanents. Bathroom has been updated but not being kept up and showered are $1. On top of the Hugely outrageous camp fees! They charge by the person and pet ! Wi-Fi is very spotty. BUT Wonderful park across the road for walking trails.

The location has a lot of potential being in a park and so close to Vancouver. However the numerous RVs left to rot (one burned, others are moldy) in the middle of the campground should warn you about how little this place cares. Out-of-use washing machines and propane tanks are abandoned by the side of the bathrooms. Renovations have started in there but are awkward and incomplete : no ventilation, a urinal right by the sinks... are only a few of the problems inside. The store was almost empty and the people that checked me in felt a bit rude.I do not recommend staying there or spending as little time as possible.

The best thing about this place was how QUIET it was there. Second best, the super nice lady that checked me in. Third best, cheap ($1) hot showers that are more than long enough. I would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I have for the management is to get their pool fixed up and open and to get rid of the destroyed RVs that were on the property.

Tents cost $42 and full service RV $70. Lots of abundant RVs all over the park. Improved maintenance is needed. Nearest bus transit point is 2km. Bus route 335 will take you to Sky train station of Surrey Central.

Very run down but has the minimum taken care of well. Hot showers using tokens, and bathrooms are kept clean and roads are clean and clear of any obstructions making it easy to navigate to your site. However, there's a run down pool and a rundown/overgrown miniput course. There is also some long term tenants that have settled in for quite some time it looked like.If you're looking for a last minute deal, I'd recommend; otherwise maybe go look around.

Booked weeks ahead and was told I paid 10% deposit. My assistant did this so I was going based off what I was told. I was also charged 20$ more per night than I was supposed to be as it was off season. Apparently the owner is known for making up random over charged prices. The day we were supposed to check in, a Wednesday, not like it was a Sunday or anything, we called multiple times to let them know we’d be there late with no response ever. When we got there, there was a bell that said ring for service, on more than one occasion (multiple nights) the bell would be rang and I’d wait for 10 mins with no response so I’d leave. Oh and you couldn’t get a phone call either. And to top it off, I’m new to rving and we thought cable meant all we did was plug our tv in and cable is available, so when we asked, he said oh no you just need the cable to plug in. Charged us for a used one and then gave us one with the wrong ends on it so it couldn’t even be used. Only to be told we actually require our own cable Subscription and we won’t be getting our money back for the cord. Our site was also so flooded that we couldn’t even get out of our door without ruining our shoes.Showers require tokens and you can never buy them as they’re never at the store to talk to. Oh and the wifi that’s advertised is non existent. We left a night early and didn’t even talk to them for our money back. Worst place to stay.

It is a charming place with friendly staff and convenient transportation. Located in the heart of Surrey, you can go anywhere in Vancouver with ease, close to large shopping centers and convenient to dine. I don't think there is any RV camp like this close to the city center. Above all, I felt grateful for the care and kindness of the staff.
