The team at Crystler Ste. Foy was fantastic! I do not speak French and they were so helpful and pateint explaining the problem with my vehicle to me. Jonathan was so friendly, pleasant, informative and wonderful. My vehicle had some problems, and his positive attitude and friendly smile made a tough day so much better. I am so thankful to the entire team here they did a great job with my 1999 Dodge Ram Van. Merci Beaucoup!

A small job that could have been done in any place that takes 1 maximum 2 hours, in there it took 5 hours just to find out what it was (the starter, which i told them when i got there that that was the problem) and after that they tell me that my starter that i provided its not good, they should of tested it before installing it. and then charged SUPER expensive. really bad service and not honest people, never recommend this place to no one

Bad customer service, super expensive and try to make money at any cost, telling you that there is a problem where there is non, and they keep your car for long hours so they charge more

I am from Ontario, I like a car at Sainte-Foy Chrysler.I contacted them from where I live in Ontario.I was able to get answers, photos, all the information I need to help me with my decision to buy it.When I decided to buy it, they made everything (all the paperwork and the car) ready for me to pick up without even asking me to send them a deposit.I came to Quebec city and I found everyone in the company welcomed me and treated me nicely.I would like to thank everyone for this great experience especially the salesperson Justin, who did a great job with me from the beginning to the end.My best wishes for Justin and everyone in the company

Picking out the wrangler and trade in went smoothly, thats where the pleasantries ended. Twice i had to send the contract back for errors(added parts ), charged me for standard equipement, they tried to deliver my vehicle unprepared( unwashed,parts not installed, window tags, rust treament not done ), had to argue to get a courtesy vehicle... asked for some led headlights to be installed and at 700$, it turned out they where the cheapo brand from Amazon, 1 of the service reps didn't like the results and offered to change them out for J.W speaker headlights. Thank god for that, at 700$.Overall experience was dismall at best. 2-3 people are great , but overshadowed by overwhelming incompetence.
