Dec 17/22: Attention to detail is key in their business. They are very knowledgeable and dont beat around the bush. Honest business practices and is very focused on making sure you leave happy.Thanks guys at the whitby location!

Didn’t even clean wheel wells and charged extra 30$ for being dirty (230 total) when It wasn’t even dirty. They some how faded my trim and he’s telling me it was there before.

I am generally not active on social media but had to write this review as I had an experience like never before and would highly recommend their work.I called Usman to get help with clean up of a car that had some rodent activity. My experience from beginning to end was stellar. He was very detailed and patient and explained me everything about car detailing and clean up and services they offered; and scheduled an appointment.At the shop his brother and Kamaal received me; and from there on I was kept updated on the progress. Shop was very well maintained as well.At the pickup they walked me through the entire work done on the car. I could see their passion for their work in the eyes of all of them.Loved the work of the entire team, and thanks Usman for introducing me to the world of car detailing.

I couldn't be happier. Just picked up my 2016 Honda CRV after Usman and his team cleaned it. My neighbours asked me if I'd gotten a new car! They did an incredible job. They were very friendly, professional and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I brought my car here to be detailed inside, I also got this ceramic coating. When I picked up the car, even though it was 11 months old, it looked newer than when I first picked it up at the dealership. These guys are amazing!

THE BEST THERE IS!Usman and his team are the best that you will ever come by, being in the auto industry for 10+ years I am EXTREMELY picky about my vehicle and what products go on it and who touches it. I had nothing but the best experience from start to finish. The attention to detail is insane. Most places won’t wash or clean the tailpipes or behind licence plates, gas/brake pedals. When I came to pick it up they had cleaned and polished every single centimetre of my grand Cherokee. I had a paint correction and ceramic coating done with a full interior detail. And it was done to even beyond my own high standard. I could never ask for a better place to go. I will be coming here until the day usman and his team retire.

I am so beyond happy that a friend recommended Detail Therapy. I went there to get a quote on fixing up some scratches and Usman was so helpful. He gave me a run down of what would be done and helped clear the scrapes on my car. His kindness and thorough quality of work ensured me that my car would be in good hands. Wow, wow, wow, impressed totally. The service was welcoming and in a comfortable, very clean environment. Usman was very easy to talk to, very tentative and informative on what i needed to be done. The young gentleman that works at the Whitby location was totally wonderful and very detailed in the overall detailing of my car. I highly, highly recommend Detail Therapy, pricing is very reasonable. Place is very, very clean. I was shocked to see a place so clean and inviting in such an environment. Just got my car back from Detail Therapy. Wow, couldn’t be happier.
