I worked with Geoff's team From Oct 2020 to Jan 2021 to purchase my first condo. Throughout the process, I enjoyed their team's service and this was a pleasant experience.During my viewings, Geoff would describe the property in good amount of details like the property facing or appliance that are in place. His team would also actively get feedback on each property for the things I like and the things I didn't like and put that into consideration for future viewings. He was also committed to negotiate for me till the end of the deal, which I appreciate. Geoff also weighs the pros and cons of each property and let me decide what is important to me, which helps me to make decisions better.There can be some improvements for a first home buyer like explaining the process and the purchaser contract better but it is relatively minor.Overall, I appreciate his team's work and would recommend them as a realtor.

When it was time to touch up our home before listing, Geoff brought in a painter and had contacts for carpeting and window dressing. He made our renovations hassle-free which was the big selling point for us!The sale was... fine. Our home was on the market relatively longer than the market average. I concede that the market was completely erratic when we listed in February 2022, it was difficult to list a price with much certainty and only in hindsight we are aware that we listed too high. Despite that, we probably sold close to the best price we could have gotten (since in order to sell quickly it would have required listing for a lower amount).I am grateful for Geoff's help.

Geoff and his team are a well oiled system providing superior services. Geoff has a comprehensive marking plan (advertises on about 9 sites and in creative ways - no sign needed for our place), his descriptions of the property are hopeful and strategic. He had many back up plans. He was forthcoming and real. He sold our townhouse within 3 days, over asking on the first offer of listing when another home (a competition) had been on the market for over 30 days, and vetted the buyer well (not getting our hopes up).
