Needs more than 2 functioning dryers.

Holy cow.....$8.00 to use 1 washer. Ive never seen prices this high, even at the campgrounds.Thankfully only had 1 load to do.

Cleaner than most in the area, just wish the washers would spin a little better. Bring your patience, you're going to need it!

A nice laundromat but the lady that's always there seems to enjoy messing with other people's stuff, not a fan of that. Really feel like whoever owns it needs to have a talk with her.

Dirty in the machines and just the place in general. And my gosh Some lady, I think the owner was was hovering over us watching and telling us how exactly to wash our laundry and being super weird. She was uncomfortably close. We would have left then and there if we hadn't already had stuff in another washer. Then she loads EVERY DRYER, like 30 loads of sheets and towels. We ended up waiting about 2 and a half hours to dry our clothes. We waited in the car because she was acting so weird and then when we finally got to put our clothes in and let them dry she locked us out without warning a whole hour before closing. We sat out front in the car so I could see our clothes. We then saw her OPEN THE DRYER AND MESS WITH OUR CLOTHES. When I knocked on the door to get our clothes she just stared at me for about 5 minutes then finally with a huge attitude let me get my clothes.

First time using Joy's, previously have used the one in Whitefield. A huge step up. I needed a large dryer to finish my clothes and they had what I needed. I plan on trying them again for my blankets and sheets.

Passing through Lancaster on a road trip we needed a place to do laundry and although $8 was on the pricey side it was quickly made up by the lovely lady running the laundromat. She was very kind and gave us directions for a beautiful scenic drive without the traffic that we would’ve run into. Would highly recommend making a stop even it is just to talk to a lovely local!

Clean and warm. Plenty of washers and the dryers work well. Can use coins or card, which is convenient. Decorated nicely with holiday aesthetic. New vending machine with many products available that you always seem to forget at home. (Soap, softener, bags etc) Would definitely recommend. :)

Had to change my review. An employee was there today hovering over everyone. Seemed to be forcing people to leave their laundry for the washing and folding service by telling them no machines were available. Won't go back.

Ok, I read all these negative reviews and was shocked to find it completely different than expected. All washers worked, only 1 dryer was down. It accepts coin and card. There are 2 change machines. Everyone was friendly, which is good because it is cozy inside. Costs:Dryer: $0.25 for 4min of dry timeWashing: smallest load, $3/load; mid sized load, $6/load; industrial load, $8/load.Hope this helps you. If it does, please let me know with a thumbs up!
