After only three months of use, the left arm of the chair has broken. I have attempted to contact the seller and the authorized reseller to address this issue, but have not received any action from either party.I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product, and the lack of customer service that I have received. I expected a longer lifespan from this chair, especially considering the price that I paid for it.

Super happy with purchase of an awesome DXRacer chair for my husbands birthday. Beautiful chair, less expensive at chairs4gaming.com than other retailers. Chair was shipped within 48 hours and delivered to my door in two days. Gamer husband absolutely hates assembling things but he had this chair assembled in about 30 minutes. I think he slept in the chair the first night he got it LOL! Good product and great service from chairs4gaming

I had given a low review at first because the product I had purchased was faulty. I was later contacted by Ahmed from C4G who personally took care or the situation. He made sure I got a replacement without having to ask for it and kept me up to date with the process. I loved the treatment I got post-purchase and plan on doing business with them again. They also offer an option to pay in instalments (subject to approval). Ahmed, if you’re reading this, thanks again!

I ordered a chair off chairs4gaming and I ripped it when moving it. After contacting the support team I immediately was offered a replacement part within a few days. It arrived in a nice box and well packaged. Love this site and the customer service they provided me.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a chair which arrived in a broken cardboard box du to shipping and I was able to make a exchange without any problems after explaining the problem to Ahmed J. with the customer service's team. He answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and respectful. I highly recommend buying from their website.
