Lynne was the first person to contact me about my condo insurance renewal quote. I had contacted them last year but did not go with them. Lack of response and follow up from Aha staff with regard to the claim I was working on with the underwriter who had the wrong policy info.The deductible rates more than tripled with the current insurer when I added a new vehicle. I was told by Aha that they would find a new insurer and would get back to me. I had to follow up with Aha five times over the course of two weeks as they never followed up with me. I understand that the rates provided by the underwriter/insurer they use as a brokerage are out of their control. The absolute lack of follow up and not living up to the commitments and timelines given to me were certainly within Aha’s control, felt like they were no longer interested in my business after five years. I was happy to bring that business over to CAA who surprisingly was able to beat my current rate with Aha/SGI
