I had a great experience at the hardwood outlet. After shopping for flooring in many stores, The Hardwood Outlet was by far the best one!Customer service is amazing. Gus made sure to take care of us from the moment we stepped in the store he was so friendly and patient with our questions. He made us feel confident with our purchase, he is extremely helpful. Highly recommend this store especially with Gus' quality of service!

It was a pleasure doing business with Reza at The Hardwood Outlet! Reza is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied throughout the entire process.I’m very happy with the hardwood that I purchased and I also had the flooring installed through a company associated with The Hardwood Outlet that they helped set up. The installation was perfect and it exceeded my expectations. The prices for the wood and the installation were very competitive and the quality is excellent. I shopped around at a few different stores before deciding on the Hardwood Outlet because their prices were substantially less and their service was much better. This will definitely be the only place I will buy and install flooring from in the future.I highly recommend The Hardwood Outlet to anyone needing new flooring!

Bought a handrail from them. Asked if they had it in stock they said yes. Come to pick it up, said come Friday, came Friday thay said get it Saturday. Saturday we are off and Monday long weekend so come in Tuesday, once again its not there and now they are telling us to pick it up from mississauga.Bought here because they had a good price and close by, in the end spent more to travel there and back and deal with all of this.

Hardwood outlet did an amazing job on the flooring in my home. Everything about the experience was top notch.I wanted to install hardwood in my upstairs bedrooms that matched the remainder of the house. I was told by other flooring retailers that it was impossible to match and that I needed to replace everything upstairs to make it right.When I walked into Hardwood Outlet, Reza took a full hour with me to match my flooring with all the samples that he had. Even when I thought we got to something that was good enough - he said no lets keep working this can be better. Reza said your going to remember this every time you look at the floor
