A nice little hospital. Short wait times.

I have yet to call or go to this place and get help. Either the Dr is not there, there is nothing they can do and/or they make it worse. It is so sad that the people here cannot get decent care and cannot complain because it could get worse. It's a farce! You can't post a review without at least one star so that's the only reason I've given them one star.

Great selection

If I could rate a zero I would! This facility is not properly run. The patients are constantly neglected due to be extremely understaffed!Tonight as I sit here with my grandmother I am completely disgusted and flabbergasted that this is where we have to send our parents and grandparents on the northern peninsula. We have been waiting at this point for 1.5 hours for her nighttime meds. She did not receive her medication two nights ago so now we wait until they are given to ensure that does not happen again. As we are waiting the gentleman next to us has been buzzing down to the nurses station for 1.5 hours asking for his meds. No one has come. The gentleman across the hall has been calling down for 60 mins because he is wet and needs changing and he is also asking for him meds. The last time he called the nurses response was stop calling down here, if I did not have to keep coming back for the phone I could be down there already (That was 35 mins ago, and she is still not there). The lady across the hall was asleep on the side of her bed using a table on wheels to lay her head.Shift change was 1 hour and 45 mins ago and no one has come down the hallway to check on ANY of the patients.There are not enough nurses working this unit! These patients are neglected and treated as though they do not matter. It’s sickening!I’m writing this review hoping someone sees it because we have complained in person. Nothing has changed. There is no section on the website to file a complaint.
