Jackson's Your Independent Grocer Regina

Tom's Your Independent Grocers is a convenient store. It's not far away from a bus stop and the prices are reasonable. They have a bakery, a delicatessen counter and a pharmacy. There is disabled parking, bathrooms and friendly assistance. I recommend it!

Terrible experience! Dangerous! They sold me expired baby formula, which could potentially seriously harm my baby. Fortunately, I realized that after my son drank only a few bottles. After reporting to the store, the owners called and apologized and promised I would be refunded and compensated with 25,000 pc optimum points. It seemed low for such a severe mistake, yet I didn’t mind it. I accepted since I initially contacted the store to get a refund and make sure they take the expired baby food off the shelves. The fact that he apologized and took responsibility was enough for me. That all changed when I got to the store, and no one had any idea what I’m talking about, even though the owners said, “come anytime, my manager would take care of you.” They took my information once again and promised to call back and make this right, but to my great disappointment, they never did. Incredibly disrespectful. I'm still considering my next steps, but one thing is sure - I don’t recommend visiting this store as they are negligent and obviously don't mind customer care too much.

Brutal. Never shop here. Prices are to the roof expensive. They hardly ever have anything in stock. Meat section never is stocked. Dont waste your time and money on this place.

Had their vanilla plain cake, and it was really tasty.

What a wonderful local treasure! This store has a little of everything! Grocery and pharmacy! They seem to hire lots of young people and provide excellent customer service. Their little bakery provides fresh treats too! Lucky to live nearby!

Nice store for when you don't want to drive all the way to a bigger store, and I like how aisles are clearly labeled you can find a pin in a tar bucket. And they're PC optimum friendly so go there when you can and rack up your points. Did I mention parking is available?

Great place to shop. It had every thing we needed for the quick trip to the gricery store.

Always out of stock, don't offer paper bags, rarely have other bags available either and no hand baskets.

Haven't been here in years. Used to come here as a kid, maybe it's the nostalgia or because I was smaller but it feels cluttered and compact like the rows feel cramped.Good selection of items, the produce seemed fairly fresh for what used to be offered. Good selection of other items.
