Ordered 2 face cords of wood and kindling. It was not delivered on the scheduled day due to the rain, but communicated by email to inform of updates to delivery. Some of the firewood is a little big for our fireplace, but it is well seasoned and burns well. No problem starting the fire and keep a nice flame going. Ordered 2 cords of wood last month, disappointed for a couple reasons. A lot of it is covered in some sort of gravel/dirt that is making a mess when transport it to the house. About 1/2 a cord needs to be split because it’s too big for the average fireplace, and most of it is questionable in terms of general size, too large. In addition, it was all wet and frozen when delivered. It’s been drying in the house for two weeks (I moved a half cord in the house to dry) and still isn’t producing flames because it wet and just sizzles while burning and doesn’t keep a flame.

This is a scam operation. Don't deal with them and don't give them your Card. no

First order of firewood was just as expected. Second order, not so much. They didn't deliver everything I asked and paid for. Sent multiple emails with no response. Tried calling their number. No answer every time and no way to leave a message. Very disappointing. Looking for a new provider of firewood now.

We switched wood suppliers to Marche Pilon this season. SO glad we made the move. Their wood is super dry and burns so well. No more hissing and steaming from our fireplace. Also - great deal on kindling! Highly recommend.

Absolutely great. Ordered a face cord. The price is right and the quota is right. You get to pick the delivery date with the help of their delivery calendar and they send you an email with an approved time or close to. Only thing I would suggest is to send a txt with a heads up of being on the way but otherwise excellent business and I didnt have to wait.

Ordered meat April 5th. Was charged tax even though meat should be zero-rate but was told this was due to configuration issue where wood needed to be taxed but tax could not be removed from food. Would be issued a refund later.Received product April 25th. Food quality and taste was good, however no communication about the refund on tax.Reached out April 28th and May 10th and as-of May 20th, have not received any replies.I would not order again until tax issue is resolved (both on webpage, as well as my refund) and I am personally hesitant to order again even if those things were resolved.[Edit: I received my refund with apologies posted June 27. I understand the proprietor's difficulty with volume and availability to process all requests and I hope the tax issue can be fixed soon on the eCommerce-side so that there will be less work needed on his side for refunds.]

We never received our full order and tried to contact the farm with no response.If you need firewood I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.
