Section 101 to 106 have absurd rules for departing the ship. They treat sailors like criminals, which is absolutely ridiculous. Needs to change.

We parked our 21 ft motorhome here for 2 nights while we visited Quebec. Quiet, safe location with an added bonus if being able to walk to Old Town Quebec! Well maintained location, even parking lot. No services available but VERY convenient, reasonable fees, safe & quiet!
