Respectable doctor. But I have always had terrible experiences with secretaries. They are impolite with the patients. Just an advice to the front desk:You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar

I was refused service here because my health card expired. However the Ontario government declared that expired health cards are to be accepted until September 2022 (this occurred Aug 2022). I tried to tell them this but they told me this was no longer the case. Upon looking it up again at home it is indeed still the case. This was just flat out refusal of service and denied me my basic rights to receive proper care as a Canadian patient. Disgusting, unacceptable.

Worst reception, non existent service and terrible experience. This clinic represents everything wrong with our healthcare system. They take their patients for granted bcoz OhiP pays, I really wonder if they would do the same if patients were paying.

This clinic had some of the best Drs. I ever 2 to 4 year ago, Dr. Ali and Dr. Naser, but getting an appointment it's impossible and the answer machine it's said nothing, not scheduled or if it open or closed, andif I cold I don't want to tell me the #of phone. I went there and it said it's closed for today by 3:00pm.

Even 1 star is waste to rank. The Doctor do not even know what NSAIDs is. Also, why is he asking where I am originated from? This kind of discrimination, cannot even imagine. A DOCTOR DO NOT KNOW MEDICINE. Are you serious? AND I went in cause I was sick and now, he said I look healthy and does not do anything say, best luck bye. What a doctor.

The worst doctor does not understand anything in medicine. My daughter had anemia and told her that she did not need medicine. When she went to the specialist, he prescribed medicine for her. I was surprised at what the doctor said.

Horrible experience first time and sure will be the last time.unprofessional.They have no respect for your time.Worst reception.I wish if Google add zero stars to there system.

Very bad place, receptionist is rude, The doctor is not knowledgeable at all. Would not recommend.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with this clinic. My 2 months old son’s appointment for his first vaccine at 11:00 and we had to wait 3 hours in the room and the doctor didn’t show up,knowing that the clinic is almost empty. The employee on the desk doesn’t know what she’s doing, has no experience at all, doesn’t know how to use computer, doesn’t know how to manage, lack experience of communication, doesn’t speak English and disrespectful especially when she’s talking and the gum in her mouth . We left the clinic today for ever and looking for another family doctor and we found one in the same day. You guys lost 3 patients from your clinic because the bad management. This is not our first issue with this clinic but the worse one. Dr name is Mohammad Aziz.

This is the best clinic I've ever been too. Dr.Ali was great and gave me the clinical attention that I was looking for. He helped me with all my clinical needs, if you ever visit this clinic I highly recommend him as he is an amazing doctor.
