Got my muffler repaired here, they did an excellent and very thorough job. A huge thanks to the owner who found an issue that was completely hidden and welded it up properly in the morning! Had a couple issues with my exhaust were right on it and fixed it for me properly and then they cleaned all of the windows in the vehicle which was a surprise when I was driving away I would highly recommend it them if you need something done

Decided to try Shawnee station napa as an alternative to the Precision napa I normally use because they were busy. While the staff were extremely polite, I am heavily disappointed in the shops ability to perform work and diagnostics.I came in with a clutch issue that was already self diagnosed so all the team had to do was install one part.Basically the lesson is don't bring your vehicle here if it has a bad wire connection, oil leak, or is slightly modified in any way.I was told I have an oil leak but instead of looking at the location and potentially giving a diagnostic I was met with try a different shop". The shop refused service after noticing a connector was not perfect and the car was leaking oil... something that most shops would quote and repair.They won't put the effort in to try and look after your vehicle here

Very friendly staff! Use to go here when it was minute muffler! Staff is still amazing! I would highly recommend bringing your vehicles to them! Dropped my work vehicle off at 8am and had it back I would say about mid day! Obviously this is circumstantial but that’s neither here or there

The guys at Napa auto pro helped me out tremendously, what I thought was initially going to be a pretty costly repair ended up being not as bad as I thought. All the staff was super helpful and understanding and it was a quick turnaround to get my wheel bearing and tire rods fixed. Only two days, super happy with the work and service. Shout out to Israel for the tremendous customer service and communication.
