This company is sending out invoices for no work done. So I contacted them for a quote to fix a hydraulic leak on my forklift once. They quoted me $3000. I contacted another company, got it done for $500 on site. Now they keep sending me an invoice for $276 for who knows what. I called them and asked what the invoice was for. They told me for material handling LOL! Then they passed me on to their accounts receivable, and of course no one can answer, what material?

Got sold the wrong bolts for my machine.No problem.Go back return 4 bolts.Get 2 of the correct bolts witch are a smaller bolt (ended up only actually needing 2)I feel I should've got a refund. Clearly can see the person modified pricing on the invoice to show that 4 big bolts where of same value as 2 smaller bolts... not sure what was going on because I lost money having to go back and forth for the right bolts... why I bought more then I was going to need in the first place...Please reach out if you have any questionsRegarding this incident. Not exactly good buissness practices by this employee

Brandt is an awful corporation. I have a family member who recently became an employee due to a change of hands. She used to go to work happy, having very few bad days...to hating(I am using the word hate.... hating) her job..she dreads going in to work. These people are cruel, greedy individuals. I wouldn't work with any Brandt company. It's hard to watch her stress about going to work when she used to love going to work. Any company that adheres to such cruelty should be heavily fined and forced to compensate heavily as well. Be grateful Brandt.. because so far..you aren't being sued..so far. Putting it out there any former employees.. maybe consider a class action?

I was at a tough emergency job (going on my 3rd week). We ran into a huge issue which we tried to solve for 2 straight days. No success. Trevor ordered parts asap to save my @$$. Got it here in 1-2 days. The job should be completed today. Thank you Trevor! Give that man a raise!

I bought a bobcat for $23,500 back in September 2018. I bought this item in good faith from Brandt Tractor Calgary. I did incur issues with my T-180 and contacted my sales rep who was hard to get a hold of in the beginning. After communication the issue was resolved and my T-180 is working good.

Ive never enjoyed going to Brandt. Get told things are one price and show up 2 hrs later and the price is different. I tried to buy a piece of equipment from them in 2008 and their sales staff never got back to me. Come 2021, been in business 15 years and their sales staff don't call you back. Obviously only interested in selling 1 million dollar excavators and not $50k equipment.
