The food: flavourful, colourful, fresh, and authentic cuisine! We got the potato croquettes, vegan bi bim bap, korean fried cauliflower, italian soda, and strawberry milki. And there are no qualms about any of the dishes. You also get unlimited refills on the sides (kimchi, pickled raddishes, bean sproits, and a potato mash).The ambiance: it's a medium to large size restaurant that gives comfy and cozy feels. Great spots for dates!The staff: very kind, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable staff!First time and great experience here, will be back for sure.

The restaurant is very nice, was surprisingly not too busy for a Saturday night. Food was delicious and price fairly well. I do like that you can call your server over with a button, however I pressed it multiple times and no one came over for a while. A little bit slower in terms of that, but our food was prepared very fast.Update: I got the dumplings, cheese buldak and it was amazing! Portion sizes are good. Service was a tad slow, and they messed up my farther in laws order so he didn't get to eat until 15 minutes after us. Good atmosphere and wasn't super busy.

Went to Hanjan for my birthday! The venue and food were great! However the service was where i found lacking. We were a party of 15 so right off the top there is a 15% fixed gratuity. We felt the only time we saw our servers was when food was being served.Once food was out we never saw the waiters again.No water refills, no cleaning of finished dishes and no one to checkup if anything else was needed.So in terms of service we felt it was really weak....However much credit goes to the food. If it wasnt for the food i dont think i would be going back.

Dined here for lunch. Ordered Bulgogi Fries, Bibimbap, Tteokbokki, Garlic Soy Korean Fried Chicken, a Yuja Temple and Avocado Bingsu. Good service, friendly servers!

I really enjoy sharing food with friends here. There are a lot of options for dishes with different spice levels and a couple of vegetarian dishes that I've had. The happy hour is between 3 and 6 and has a few classic items that are great for snacking and sharing.The main dishes are fairly large, and everything I've ordered has come with a side rice, so you definitely leave full. The honey butter bread is amazing. Highly recommend it for dessert.I usually go during happy hour, and I've found the service can be somewhat slow. The servers are pleasant, but there are times where you do end up waiting for quite a while to place an order after calling for service with a button. I've never been in a rush when I'm there, so while I don't mind, plan accordingly for yourself if you need a quick service meal.

Excellent service, nice and clean restaurant, a nice big space for plenty of people.The food was excellent. We ordered primarily off the Vegan menu and we plan to return for some more delicious food.The decor has been updated since the Gas Pump days and looks classically minimalist. Bravo.

Exceptional customer service where they went above and beyond for me. For context, I ordered food via Ubereats who delayed my order by 2 hrs and ultimately cancelled my order. However, the staff called me and offered me to pick up my food. They kept my food on warmer and even gave extra side dishes all free of cost. I have to say I have never experienced such level of hospitality ever in my life. Kudos Hanjan!! It is so nice to see when businesses care about people and provide such level of professionalism and care.

I've been here a few times, and I'm loving it! The menu is fairly extensive and the service is great. They have a call button on each table so you never have to sit there guessing when your server will come- you can just silently call them using the button! This place sells liquor but doesn't have TVs so if you want to find a place to have a drink but you're not so into sports (like me haha), then this is a great place to go. So far I've enjoyed their spicy, chewy rice cakes, a dumpling soup, a seafood green onion pancake (yum!!), japchae (photo provided), and honey butter bread. It was all delicious!The mood here is fairly laid back. Lots of wood accents and a little on the dimmer side further back in the room which makes it feel pleasant, but could be tough for anyone with poor sight when reading the menu. Window seats provide better lighting if needed, though.Since this restaurant is somewhat randomly placed in a neighbourhood, it can be on the quieter side which is nice. Overall, loved this place!
