We needed a small part to install our new dishwasher - a 'strain relief' Whirlpool called it. The young man I spoke to on the phone was very kind and was sure he could help. At the store, he took the time to measure the options to fit the diagram Whirlpool supplied. His suggested solution worked perfectly. His kindness and help made my day! Thank you so much.
