I went in to make a return at the Staples FedEx Depot and was turned away. I was told my package was too large although it came via FedEx in the exact same packaging. The other FedEx depot here in Orillia took it no problem! I won’t be back for sure!

Manager Andrew tried to gaslight me into thinking I couldn't tell the difference between two wacom tablets. There was a display priced at 89.99 and the product rang up at 209.99 and he tried to convince me the display box was for a different tablet (the model numbers matched) there was no other spot on the shelf the display could have been from. One spot. One price. I would have let it slide if he didn't try to convince me I didn't know what I was talking about. Very disappointed with the hostility.

Had a great experience with the photo centre thanks to Susan. Very helpful assisting with printing all things for our wedding - seating chart, welcome sign and menus. Great service and good price

I went into Staples the other day, more specifically the copy center. This young lady named Susan helped me with my order. She was extremely polite and respectful. She made sure my order was up to my standards and even went as far as to create multiple samples with different paper stock. I’ve come to Staples many times and no one has been as helpful and caring as Susan was for me. Due to this experience, I will be continuing to ask for Susan and I would recommend customers to do the same. Thank you very much ma’am!!

Staples is a great place to buy stationery, electronics and print ink. You can take a passport photo here. In particular, it is possible to take photos of baby passports. And you can send and receive mail. However, there are many expensive cell phones, laptops, and accessories, but the stationery products that students need are not properly equipped. especially

Attended the store twice with my elderly mother and both times the customer service was non existent and absolutely terrible. I’m surprised the place is still in business. Will never attend this store again on Murphy Road. If there was a way of giving them a NO star I would. Probably the worst store I’ve ever been in for customer service.
