Auberge Saint-Antoine Relais & Châteaux

We were first greeted by Matthew who promptly attended to our needs and made us feel at home right away. He whisked our car away and made sure our bags never touched the snowy ground.Our room was top notch including a remote control bidet and heated floors in the bathroom.The staff are all amazing and the Artifact Bar was equally epic.The location is perfect for lower old Quebec and the tasteful decor was impressive.I might venture that this was one of the best hotel experiences we have have had. Bravo!

We had an absolutely amazing weekend at the Auberge-Saint Antoine in Quebec City! The stellar experience was due to the STAFF at the hotel that will help you in all ways big and small and made this a charming vacation and they make you feel like they are old friends. Specific recognition for Felix who serviced our broken laptop and took many hours to help us and went above and beyond in every regard, for Paula for the movie night (great indoor theater), Esther and Pierre at the front desk so lovely and Matthew in valet who made us feel welcome and special. This hotel should be 5 star rated and thank you to all!

Excellent service from when we stepped into the hotel until we checked out. Newly renovated, clean, friendly staff! They live up to their Relais Châteaux status. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good!

Fabulous hotel. Spent 4 nights here and would happily have stayed longer. Conveniently situated to explore all of Quebec on foot. Tastefully decorated, with loads of little pieces on display of items found on the hotel's site, as its history changed along with Quebec's. The people who work here are cheerful and create a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I arrived 9 hours late, around 1am, because of flight delays, and without my luggage. The welcome was exactly what I needed, calming and helpful. My room was terrific. Comfortable, with style, and well appointed. I've no idea how the hotel makes their breakfast pay. For CD$35, there's a high-quality buffet selection, plus a choice of cooked dishes, unlimited hot drinks, and freshly squeezed fruit juice. If anyone needs a master class on how to create a great hotel, come and stay here.

Very comfortable, quiet room with very comfortable mattress and cotton linens. I liked its layout, the big bathroom with separate tub and shower, oversized towels, good toiletries. My husband enjoyed the Nesspresso coffee. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived very late, around 11:00 pm, very hungry and tired. Restaurants were closed at that time including room service at the hotel and this is something that I feel there’s room for improvement specially for a hotel of this caliber.

This place is by far the nicest place I have ever paid to stay in. I have travelled all over the world, and I have stayed in places that I couldn't afford, but THIS place made me feel like I was royalty. This elegant establishment has a lot to be proud of and the staff, which includes everyone from the valet to the hostess who checked us in was incredibly professional. The food at the restaurant was exquisite and the amenities were perfect. I will stay here whenever I am in Quebec City from now on!

Incredibly elegant boutique hotel right in the heart of the vieux with 5-star service and everything to make you comfortable. Once you check in, it’s a struggle to want to leave and explore as the hotel boasts a bar with an eclectic cocktail menu and a highly rated restaurant.Each room is themed after antiques with stories, and from when you’re greeted during check-in to when you check out, the entire staff is very friendly and actively looks to ensure you enjoy your stay.

On of the best hotels in North America!The best hotel in Quebec.The service is really good, front desk are super nice!Only con, I do not find any doorman during my stay.Its worth every penny to stay at this hotel for max relaxation.

My wife and I did not want to leave this place. From the time we arrived and were greeted by the valet and front desk everyone provided first class, friendly service. Cleaning staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast outside on the deck was excellent. Servers in the restaurant were great, as was the food. You won’t leave hungry. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for three nights at Auberge Saint-Antoine in Quebec City. We wished we had more nights there! The hotel is full of warm, friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. Every single staff member that we came into contact with was amazing and went out of their way to help us. We ate breakfast in the Chez Muffy restaurant, which is so charming and beautiful. The decor, the food, and the service were excellent. We also ate at Chez Muffy for dinner and the food and service was exceptional. Our room decor was beautiful, and the amenities were great. We really appreciated all the small, and big touches the hotel had to offer. We absolutely loved our visit in Quebec City, and the Auberge Saint-Antoine made it perfect.
