One of the staff was rude. I remember the fruit I buy here by their names on the signs to make sure that I pay the exact amount of money. The sign said I bought Fuji apples, and the staff put in Envy apples. I told her they were Fuji apples, and she showed the label sticker attached to each apple to let me know they were actually Envy apples and said “The signs can be in the wrong place” as if it could naturally happen, not their mistake. Then she put in ‘house tomatoes’ and asked me if they were house tomatoes, not field tomatoes. It was her who were supposed to know better than me. I wanted to say “You said the signs can be in the wrong place. Then how am I supposed to know exactly? And I think you should know better than me.” But I did not want to waste my time there and left just saying “I’m not sure.”

I always like to support local shops, but a few last times, I noticed a lot of lobed edge leaves ( like Brassica weed ) mixed in spinach. This week, a $3 bunch of Spinach was indeed half of the bunch weed.

They claim their produce is fresh ?? Not any fresher than anywhere else! or even cheaper. We bought a melon which tasted very unusual and not fresh. When we mentioned it to the cashier, she started up an argument with us. She did return our money but after a long lecture!! Why would we shop here again if this is how we are treated and their price is not even competitive! Be sure we'll NEVER shop here again.

Produce- GoodPrice-OKCustomer Service-Absolute worst. As the old saying goes, theres always one bad apple that spoils the bunch. There is an old lady who works here that has the worst attitude towards customers. If you read the reviews, especially regarding their customer service, you can easily identify a common theme. How she still has a job with the company, blows my mind.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.SHIRLEY SHOULD BE FIRED.She the caucasian lady that always nit picks on every single customer. She never has anything good to say.Even on Christmas Eve all she has to do is complain and spread negativity. Every time she was at the till I’ve never had a positive experience. She acts like she hates her job which is totally fine but don’t spread that kind of energy to others. Absolutely disgusting.

I am Proud and Pleased with KINS MARKET .. No corner cutting , small print ANNOYING POINTS CARDS Laws..... THANKS FOR INFORMING ME TO THE ENTRANCE DOOR, and EXIT AREA NEAR THE PAYMENT COUNTER.... Conformity is still FREEDOM !... Just in an out FREEDOM to spend elsewhere eating mu Apples with Friends.

The option of taking only what you need make me go back to this place for the shortlisted items that we buy from here. The other good thing is over the summer I've seen teenagers working at this place, and there were many different faces too. That reinforces that they truly are local community business. I haven't checked out if the owner(s) live in this community or not.

If I could give a 0 star I would, terrible customer service, I wanted to tap my card and when looked at and raised her voice saying “tapping what” and I said debit and wondered why is she acting like this, I’m a cashier myself too and bad customer service like this is no where near my work area, thanks for scanning. My things only good thing I can say.

One of the staff here is extremely rude. My wife was shopping here a few weeks ago and inadvertently walked in the wrong direction of the arrows when the store was virtually empty. The was no-one close by in the aisle but a staff member screamed at her to go the correct direction. Then just today my wife went down from our condo directly above the store but forgot her facemask. Before entering she asked a staff member outside if the had an extra mask. The staff member said sure and went to get her one. As they were returning with a mask the same staff member that screamed at her before screamed again and said WE DON'T GIVE OUT MASKS. What a way to treat loyal customers who live directly above your store."
