Can't recommend a better place because of the exemplary customer service. We've brought our vehicles here a number of times but this most recent visit really showed Mark Gordon's phenomenal customer service.The fall rain and colder weather required me to use the windshield wiper blades to clear up the rain. However, for some reason there was a very noticeable streakiness all across the windshield that just wouldn't clear and was significant enough to reduce visibility to a dangerous level when rain was present.I brought the SUV in to see if Mark could figure out what the problem was. Mark asked a bunch of intelligent questions to try and deduce the cause. He started with some basics like switching out the wiper blades; no luck.Mark then offered to do an alcohol treatment to remove particulates. This did the trick with excellent results. Mark did not charge me for it. The wiper blades were still on the car and I offered to pay for them, but Mark said no.When the SUV came home, my wife inspected the work and noticed that the rubber moulding that runs along the windshield was torn up. I connected with Mark and we figured out that it was not Apple's fault for the torn moulding, but my own from scrapping ice off the windshield. Mark figured out a solution to fix the moulding that WASN'T his fault and he refused payment when I offered.Did I mention that my windshield was replaced 4 months prior and he still did all this!? Mark took the time to teach me about his craft.

came in with a difficult windshield repair and had it fixed in a matter of 30 minutes and was welcomed with amazing customer service. I never felt so welcomed and would definitely recommend for glass repairs and all services provided

Already had a estimate so went to make an appointment with Josh who had discussed a new windshield with my mechanic. First I waited in the lobby for over 5 minutes then had to go look for someone in their shop. I felt like I was intruding. I tried to make arrangements for windshield replacement but they do not work Saturdays would not offer me a drive home to wait for the 3 hours or even offer to drive me anywhere I gave up and said I would call But I will not be calling for my repair from this location

Knowledgable & confident staff. They were able to put us at ease about our windshield replacement, and accomodate our time crunch. Quick service, quick turnaround, and gave realistic timelines all the while. The new glass seems to be well-installed, including the camera calibration.

Mario and his team repaired and installed a new convertible top on my 67 GT500 recreation. Work is top notch and I couldn't be more pleased.Thanks a million!

Just picked up my 1965 Pontiac Laurentian seats from Mark at Apple Oakville. Couldn't be happier. Super friendly service. Spent some good time with Mario picking out some appropriate material. Done quickly at a reasonable price. Attention to detail is top notch. Cheers and thanks go out to the talented artist (forgotten the name, sorry!) who sewed and built these seats!

Great and reliable service! So happy I replaced my Range Rover windshield with them. Amazing how they resolved everything with my insurance co.and the Dealer to get the OEM replacement.
