A great experience every time. The front desk staff and instructors are superb. Classes are bilingual, every position is explained with variations to accommodate beginners and challenge more experienced participants. The room is always perfectly lit (or dimmed) even during day time classes and the temperature is perfect. You will sweat and it will feel amazing! Sit and take in the benefits of the salt wall, drink some tea or water, get into your zen zone. Oh, yes, and the parking is plentiful. This place gets me through my work week happy and refreshed. I'm addicted!

Avoid Sousou's class. She's the worst. Rude and disrespectful. Otherwise the studio is nicely decorated and I would recommend all the other instructors.

Very clean! Welcoming family atmosphere, Amazing team!The moment I walked in I felt that I was part of the yoga family. Floor and washrooms are spotless and cleaned after each class.You can find classes according to your fitness and stress level.Zen like atmosphere with infused water or fruity tea before and after each class.

I am no yoga master but a true beginner and this place really makes me comfortable through out my practice. The teachers are very patient and explain positions properly, which is super helpful for a beginner like myself. The facility is spotless and the decor is very serene. Definitely worth a visit!

Good variety of classes and instructors. Clean, zen and calming ambiance. I just wish they offered classes in the morning at 7 or 8am.

Never having done any form of yoga whatsoever and not knowing what I was getting myself into, I can safely say that signing up for one year ranks amongst one of my life’s top 20 best decisions.Simple and elegantly designed studio, amazing staff, and off the chart, always smiling, professional and helpful instructors make me want to come back daily.An 11/10 experience that keeps on giving!

Clean place with a lot of classes for all schedules. Great deals and promotions. Teachers are fabulous, don't miss Sousou, she's a master and life coach at the same time. The studio is clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect spot, lots of cute places around in Bois Franc to catch up with yoga friends after a class!
