If you're ever in the Path and need get a new phone/plan, ask for Richard. Great and quick customer service. Richard helped me out with activating new phones for my husband and I. He laid out the best plans for us and our budget.

Ever since this location opened it has been my number one for anything mobile related; not only for myself but my fiance and parents. Richard is my go to person any time I have a question and I'm not joking when I say that he knows my plan better than I do.Number one reason why I'll never go anywhere else - there is no pressure to buy or upgrade. Any recommendation is purely based on my needs. Plus Richard and everyone else working there are just plain nice people.. Sometimes that's all that's needed. I've been to other locations and the vibe is definitely different. That's why I'll never go anywhere else.

Truly such an amazing experience. I was so welcomed as soon as I walked into the store. The staff at this located is so helpful and and kind. I had the pleasure dealing with Richard. He was very helpful and continues to be any time I have a question or concern. I used to be with a different provider for many years and deicide to change. No regrets.

I recently had an excellent experience with Telus store (TD Centre) and Richard Phan specifically. I had placed an order with Telus webstore during the boxing week which got cancelled (apparently they were out of stock). So when I reached out to this store (on call), Richard informed me that they had this device in stock and asked me to come to the store. When I visited the store, Richard coordinated with the webstore. The webstore told him that they won't be able to do the price match since the boxing week rates were no longer prevalent. However, Richard was the one who was making them understand that the order got cancelled due to NO fault of mine and I shouldn't be the one suffering. Despite his efforts, the webstore didn't budge and I was really disheartened. But Richard didn't give up and was positive that I will get the device. So he got me in touch with an executive from the support team. I explained the facts to her and after almost an hour, they did the price match and I was able to get the device from the store. I am very thankful to Richard who was very proactive and positive in his attitude.Also, before writing this review, when I browsed through other reviews, most of them had given positive feedback about Richard. I truly believe that executives like Richard are a big asset to Telus team.

Just wanted to add to the already great reviews given to this location and to Richard...Thank you Richard for your patience and getting my cell phone plan and number transferred from Bell to Telus. Why is great service a luxury these days. Truly appreciated it and highly recommend Telus TD Centre and Richard.

Went to TELUS to take advantage of my EPP. Met with Richard who was extremely knowledgeable about the various plan options and TELUS coverage. Ended up purchasing a Canada + US plan for $75/month (150GB of data) for myself and bundled my brother’s plan for an additional $45/month (30GB of data). Considering we were paying nearly the same amount for 2 lines with Koodo for 4G coverage and 80GB less data per month we are extremely pleased with the switch. Would highly recommend!

Above and beyond service! I received incredible customer service from Richard. He walked me through all the plans in detail without coming off as over selling and even helped me set up my phone and transfer data. No mobile store has ever offered to do this for me.

Switched my number over the other day using a corporate discount. Was done pretty fast thanks to Richard. Unfortunately in order to not pay a service charge, I was offered a security camera that I could return in x amount of days.I was able to get a return scheduled so all should be well. I called Richard and asked what was up with it and even though I was never supposed to be charged a service fee in the first place, it still showed up in the Telus system (pretty sure this was an excuse for easy commission). Even though I was able to get the service fee waived, I'm now temporarily stuck with a security camera.

Had a fantastic experience with Andres. He was such a pleasure to deal with with, which is truly a change of pace in this industry. He took the time to understand my needs which required a delicate approach as we needed resolve a complex issue with my family plan (which he did in record time!) He even found a way for me to save money on my monthly bill, and on Netflix?! Thanks Andres!
