Milton Import

I took my Mercedes to repair and oil leak and a sensor for a check engine light, a leak that I already paid the dealership to repair. Not wanting to go back to the dealership to hear that it's 'another' issue that's causing the oil leak so that they can gouge my eyes out again with another $1000 bill, I decided to call Rudy at Milton Import as they are 'German' car repair specialists in Milton. Huge mistake.Rudy seemed to be knowledgeable of the problem and indicated that it was quite a common issue with my vehicle's specific year.I took the vehicle in and was told that it will take 2 days as parts may have to be ordered etc. On the second day I called Rudy. The car was not ready and the excuses began. All this time I am I had to rent a vehicle as it was our only vehicle at the time. On the 5th day I was told the car was ready. When I went to collect my car I asked Rudy about the check engine light sensor. He said 'oh, we couldn't get to that'. I said 'but you had the car for 5 days'. After paying $1000 plus bill, I was still glad that the oil leak was repaired. Guess what? Oil was still leaking the same amount from the same spot.After 5 days and $1000 spent, my car was not repaired and I'm in the hole $1300 including the rental.I would not recommend anyone to Milton Imports, not even as a last resort. Worst experience and obviously a rip off.

That German scum is nothing but a scam DO NOT CONSIDER HIM

Terrible work. I brought my car in for an issue with the wheels. I left with a belt issue. Car left in worse shape than it arrived in. Oh, and they didnt put my engine cover back on. Talk about poor workmanship. Just terrible stay away.

Inattention to detail and poor workmanship. Screw that had been replaced by me just before taking my car in was stripped and left. Belly pan was poorly attached and partially came off shortly after picking my car up.On another car the brake caliper that was replaced died in less than a year. Part looked like it was recycled and not refurbished or new. I now have it on good authority that this is common practice.I would stear clear of these guys.
