Unbelievable it’s getting bad here I travel the hwy frequently and found this woukd be soConvenient on the side of the road … NOT. The food is never ready and they always ask is a mean tone if you will wait 5-8 minutes for the food and when u say k they punish you by waiting 15 minutes and seem mad about it whne you say yes. I’m over it I waited 15 minutes for my order after being told it was a 5 minute wait for chicken strips and they came cold like honestly …. So from now on will avoid and go into the city . Avoid and go into the city !

Do not order the Nashville hot chicken sandwich at the AW connected to the petro cab truck stop. I received the sandwich, and was instantly crushed to see the severe lack of sauce. I talked to the lady working, she said she was not allowed to put the proper amount of sauce on the sandwich, then when I asked why does the picture depict it covered in sauce…. “Oh well it’s a different sandwich”. Different same sandwich? Avoid coming here for one.

I was very impressed with my visit today. The girl working was SWAMPED. I felt bad for her, but she handled it like a professional. The food was fast, hot and delicious. The coffee was fresh, and the dining room was clean, and organized. Outstanding visit. Top marks to this A&W! Plenty of free parking in a convenient location just of highways 1 and 3 (Crowsnest).

I stopped on the way through town, asked for the plant based burger, specifically with no mayo, since I cannot eat egg. It was confirmed over the speaker, no uncle sauce, only the mustard. We open the burgers on the road to find a thick layer of mayo on top, the mustardwas separate even. We couldn't turn back since we were on a tight schedule. We got to eat the fries and that was it. Very disappointed.

Terrible food, ordered onion rings and they have salt so thick on it that's its a separate crust. No refund, no replacement meal, just a oh sorry it was bad batch". Evidently there is little to no food control done by the supervisor I spoke to."

My favorite place for burgers and now for breakfast. Get there before 11 am and get some really yummy breakfast. Recommended!

Fast food restaurants, are kind of scary these days, not this one. All cooking staff wearing mask and gloves! Cashier at the take window wearing a mask, & sanitizing in between customers. Oh yeah and the food was great, here's a photo

$1 coffee any size when I visited! Fast and friendly service! Their coffee is on the hot side even after 3 cream's added so careful with that first sip..but man is it good coffee!
