Lindt Chocolate Shop - Conestoga Mall
Went in and was greeted and helped by a very smiley, small, young black/blonde lady who thoroughly explained the flavors for me. I told her the pick and mix was quite expensive and was given many alternatives. Downside: you can't pick your own but she even counted it out loud for me to assure im getting what im paying for. Highly recommend and better than the service I received in Sauga.

I needed a birthday gift for a friend and the young girl daisey was superb in helping! She suggested this teddy bear bag for $20 and truffle bag for $30. SCORE! She showed me bags we can purchase to make it fancier so I bought this beautiful floral designI'm will be returning because their new blueberry one should be in stock shortly from what ive been told

Best bang for your buck with this promo going on. Store is well presented with a wide range of chocolate truffles and even a Ghiradelli wall. The sales associate Daisy was delightful and provided outstanding customer service. This location would benefit from adding the ice cream section but it's already a dangerous place for chocolate addicts like me.

So this location does not let you pick your own chocolates (the one's per gram), I was told by one of the staff that he will pick it for me, my daughter insisted that she was here with grandma a few days ago and was able to pick up her own. Went to the Kitchener location, and you are free to pick (like always) whatever you want.

It was busy and only 2 workers but understandably so, it was a Saturday. Greeted as soon as we walked in and given a delicious sample she let us know about the promotions and deals going on. The young girl not only helped but listened to my chatterbox mouth and how I came from Guelph just for chocolates. The other curly hair male associate that cashed us out was courteous as well. Extremely friendly staff, delicious samples and hospitable atmosphere. Heads up, it is a small store and crowds easily. Worth the 45 minute drive.

I went here for buying some black chocolate today, they don’t have bags or other things for the blank chocolate section so I was confused about how to get them. I picked some up just to see if they have grams written on them. Then, I turned to see this counter person just staring deadly at me while helping other customers. I understand why he did this, but this really REALLY hurt my feelings! Will not go here again……

The owner is so amazing and greets every customer with a good welcoming smile. The interior of the store is amazingly maintained. The aesthetic view of the store is excellent with good butterfly stickers on the glasses. The chocolates are so tasty and price-worthy!

I went into the store today to get some gifts for the mums in my life and was really pleased with the sales and the variety they had! Salena and Nicholas were such a pleasure. If you ever stop by, ask for them! They listened to me and were so helpful when I was trying to select flavors, making recommendations on the best bang for my buck and providing their own experience with different flavors. I love this store in general but don't visit often enough! Looking forward to being back.Also, the store is SO organized. Like, everything is so easy to find. I recommend going on a random day of the week if you have time because otherwise there's a line. And you know it's good when there's a line.

Awesome place to shop chocolates. Great customer service and everyone is smiling. The best place to have lindt chocolates in Ontario. I went to deliver pizzas, as they ordered pizzas from pizza depot, and the owner and associates gave me a bunch of chocolates. I was so happy to be there. The place has been decorated superb and you get lots and lots of options for the x mas season . I will recommend everyone to at least visit the lindt store at Conestoga mall once, who is looking forward for x mas gifts. They have lots of gifting options to choose from. Awesome place and excellent customer service. Highly impressed

Helpful and friendly staff. They were fun to talk to and helpful in finding things to try and offering their thoughts and opinions on the chocolate we were looking at. Lots of flavours for the truffle balls available at this location, it can be a trap, and you end up leaving with more than you came in for. I walked in looking at flavours with no intention to make a purchase, but we got a bag of truffle balls.
