I have a privilege to work with Karin last 3 months, I must say she is one of the most caring and positive persons I ‘ve had the opportunity to work with. During this period my professional and personal lives have been changed for better. She carefully listens to my stories then analyze it and diverted to possibilities that I never thought about it. One week ago I had the chance to work with Adrian on MER and NLP sessions. The two sessions spanned over two days period were competently held by Adrian, and I have to say the results were remarkable.Even though had some idea bout how MER and NLP work, the approach Adrian took to understand what are the right tool to be used in my case was very professional, and he demonstrated full knowledge in applying the techniques. I met Karin about a year ago during a management retreat (it was still permitted back then!) and right away she managed to capture my attention. A lot of time, during those sessions we talk about the business, how to manage this and that but we don't always take the time to look at ourselves. This is where Karin is different than the other speakers. She focuses on you.Following this retreat, we were offered to continue individual sessions with her and this is where the real work started. She took time to have us look into ourselves... She's very good to make you talk out loud and have you rethink how you're looking into life and work. It's very nice to have someone outside your daily life to bounce thoughts and ideas with.I would recommend her without hesitation!

How often do you turn a seasoned skeptic, with a tinge of developed cynicism, into a believer? Not often I reckon, but Karin managed to do just that for my views on her mentorship, which I hold in the highest of regards. From our earliest sessions, it was evident to both that she’d be dealing with a stubborn, opiniated, self-assured fossil, and it was evident to said opiniated fossil that Karin is a capable conversationalist, able to tackle the varying topics I threw her way. As such, I presumed that in the least, I’d be getting good conversations out of our time together; and good conversations I got indeed, and much more than that I concede. Not only did I learn invaluable transformational concepts that enriched my professional toolbox as VP Trading at Quantum Lifecycle LP (these learnings significantly improved my ability to perform within the corporate framework and helped me hit higher gears), but I also found Karin’s mentorship applicable to my personal realm, and far reaching beyond the professional, which my expectations had originally confined her to. In short, I am extremely glad and grateful to having Karin be part of my journey.One parting remark: If you’re like I was, unsure of which areas to expose Karin to, don’t worry, open up and broaden the horizon of topics, and together, you and Karin will identify aspects worth developing. If on the other hand, you already know, or think you know, which areas you’d love to address, then this can serve as your starting point. Either way, Karin will masterfully handle the branching tree of topics, and will definitely add or create value.
