Lori was always patient, kind and fun to be around and the install team of Dave, Noel and Robb were terrific to have on site. She and they suggested a different location for the equipment and it made way more sense than my plan.Lori's understanding of her business as well as pool chemistry and the equipment is really in-depth. The value of Dealing Local - Contacted Knapp's to discuss our challenges in balancing the water in a hot tub we have owned for 5 years. Lori took a water sample and put us on a program to manage water quality. Her directions were clear and concise. Lori was extremely professional and welcoming, like dealing with a friend we have known for years. The effects of the plan were noticed within 24 hrs and it has been the best water quality we have experienced, since owning the hot tub. Lori also sold me a product at my request, for removing small granules that settle in the bottom hot tub. She had the perfect solution (Spa Vac) and it works flawlessly. It was a 5 star experience right from the beginning. Another shining example of the value in dealing locally.

We set up an appointment to have our hot tub winterized. The night before they were scheduled to do so they called to cancel saying their technician got tied up on another issue and could not do the work till he got back from holidays in January. I asked if he could work overtime that evening or if they could get me someone else to do it and they said NO. I was forced to do the work myself and hope I will not have serious damage to the unit come Spring. Very bad customer service.

Lori did a quick, thorough water analysis on a sample I brought in and was able to provide the right chemicals with easy-to-follow instructions to get our hot tub back at the right levels. Great service!
