Called ahead before taking the almost two hour drive to this marine. Boats were still wrapped, dirty and one was damaged. Bad impression of a new" boat. John the salesman said all pricing and specs would be sent to me via email. Never heard from him and emails and calls never returned. Ended up buying from a far more professional

Called looking for a boat package and was introduced to a salesman named Jesse. After hearing about his fishing adventures for 5 minutes he then left me a number to text. Jesse ignored my texts repeatedly to the point I felt insulted. I contacted Lund representative who apparently has done nothing about her representatives conduct. Ask yourself this people, if they treated someone willing to spend $10000 like that, what will happen if you have a problem with the boat you’ve purchased? Do with my experience what you will, your call.Just read your response with the underlying tone of it couldn't be true because he wasn't even here" response. If I didn't actually have this experience than how would I even now you had a sales rep named Jessie? I appreciate the olive branch being extended but have recently read (and liked) multiple terrible reviews and will spends 10's of thousands elsewhere. Good day sir."

I’ve purchased three outboard motors from Port Colborne marine. Never had a problem ...Purchased a new boat- motor & trailer package recently and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Staff are great and the mechanic who went over all the details of our new boat was very thorough . If you live in southern Ontario and you’re looking for a boat , this is the place!

They have a Lund boat listed on their inventory that I was very interested in. I followed the directions on the website and emailed them twice requesting more info on the sport angler, including a few pictures of the actual boat. No reply. I live in Niagara Falls and didn’t want to break COVID rules by actually driving down to see the boat while those protocols were in place. I waited a week and sent a third request, which was answered by someone saying they would contact the sales manager, who would then contact me. A week later, no reply.I want to support local business, and am willing to put up with any minor inconvenience, but being ignored isn’t one of them. I am an avid Great Lakes salmon guy, with a 2010 Legend. I want to give myself a retirement gift of a new boat, which it seems I will have to get somewhere else. If you have to work this hard to buy a boat at this dealership, what will they be like once they have my money?

The worst service I have ever experienced!!!Can't even begin to list the issues of poor customer satisfaction, it's a shame that the kids can't capitalize on such a captive audience in this area, there sitting on a gold mine with no experience on how to grow it.The brand reps they sell for should be very concerned.The father really should consider selling and let a professional business take over...
