The estimated time and cost for my job were spot on. Tim was professional and friendly even though I have the flu and coughed all over him. Really nice guy; great locksmith. He took care of my issue with ease. Definitely recommend!

The people who work here were super helpful when I lost my car keys.The car dealership gave me a code for a key that didn't fit the locks or ignition switch in my car, but Precision Locksmith figured out the right combination! Also they open their business earlier than anybody else in town.

Had Tim out to change the locks on a home we just purchased. He was knowledgeable, quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. He installed 2 new locks and re-keyed 3 other locks. Plus he gave an excellent tutorial on the digital locks we had him install. I would highly recommend these guys.

I didn't actually have to use their service. But, when I called about an issue with locking my camper hitch, they were honest and willing to help me and send someone over. Very friendly. I would definitely call them if I need them.

Second experience with this business. Couple of years ago, our commercial door lock broke, they responded promptly, fixed the door and helped correct a sticking problem. Great service, fair price.Just brought them a couple of odd keys needing copying. Was able to do both, seemed exuded an air of professionalism and being knowledgeable.Very satisfied with services.

The best Locksmith in Fond du Lac! Big or small they do it all. I think the most impressive thing is their record keeping. I have not needed their service for a pretty long time, but now I have a big project with and they have all the documentation to make the project much easier. Their focus on security, service is top notch!

Great price and customer service. Got a motorcycle that was missing the key for the fuel tank and they were able to make a key to fit it. I got two keys and a spare for the ignition for just over $30.
