The management has changed the previous owners who were Sam and Sherry had full understanding of the product and customer relation, however the new management has decided to use their name to continue to operate however that is NOT the case and they no longer work there and the business is been sold.

I have come to Sam's store for over 25 years since moving to the area. He helped fix my carpet shampooer replacing the pump which he said was recalled so the repair was free from Bissell. We continued to come to Sam for parts to our Central vac which he even rebuilt the motors for some ten years ago. Recently the motors finally died after 30yr of use. Sam recommended a CanaVac signature model that uses a tangential bypass motor" which runs much cooler

Our built in vacuum recently began to stop briefly, then start again while vacuuming. It turned out the motor was overheating and needed to be replaced. Amin at the store was very helpful in confirming that it was within warranty and organized to replace it within a matter of days. The service and support was excellent throughout.

I needed to replace my central vacuum hose. The fellow there suggested one that was exactly what I needed for a good price.Quick and easy.

Perfect. I met with a woman named Sherry [sic ?]. She was helpful knowledgeable and gave me options to reduce my costs. One of the things I asked for she offered to do but explained the cost/benefit disadvantage.This is the type of business where nice is nice but the quality of the work is paramount, I brought in an ancient Filter Queen Majestic which looked like what it was a vacuum stored in the corner beat up old and unclear. What they returned was a new looking machine that made me have to double check that they were returning the correct unit since mine looked so bad.In short I would recommend them to all others who need vacuum work they exceed standards and expectations.

This firm was recommended by the manufacturer to install a Nutone central vacuum we bought at Costco. Sam K. from Vacuum Expert visited our home and installed the vac in our home that was basically hard-wired for central vac. He installed the new unit and activated the various outlets quickly, carefully (and for a very reasonable price) and took the time to explain the pros and cons of the model we bought from Costco and some good operating tips. We'd surely visit Sam when it's time to purchase a new vacuum. Definitely recommend.

We called a few companies and Vacuum expert Mississauga replied right away and had a vacuum expert come to our house very quickly and he fixed the problem professionally and did a really good job. He moved the vacuum from one wall to the other. We are very happy with everything they have done and highly recommend them. Thank you very much!
